Our Commitment to You

1. Delivery Standard

We commit to delivering work to a professional standard consistent with the scope, timeline, and specifications agreed for your project. That means we do not treat delivery as a one-size-fits-all output. We work against defined requirements, practical business objectives, and the intended use of the product so the final result is aligned with what was actually commissioned.

2. Build Quality & Issue Resolution

If a delivered feature does not materially match the documented scope or contains a reproducible implementation defect attributable to our work, we will review it and address it within the terms of the applicable agreement, warranty window, or support arrangement. This commitment applies to defects and scope compliance, not to new requirements, third-party outages, or client-requested changes after approval.

3. Launch Support

Where launch support is included in the project, we remain available through the agreed post-launch period to monitor rollout issues, resolve critical defects, and stabilise the delivered solution. The exact duration and support level depend on the service package, hosting arrangement, and any signed maintenance terms.

4. Managed Hosting & Availability

Where we directly manage hosting or infrastructure for a client system, we aim for strong operational reliability and timely response to service-impacting issues. However, uptime, availability, and recovery expectations must be read together with the actual hosting provider terms, maintenance schedules, force majeure events, and any signed service level commitments. We do not imply a blanket uptime warranty across all projects unless it is expressly documented.

5. Communication & Accountability

We commit to clear communication, transparent progress reporting, and honest escalation when tradeoffs or delivery risks arise. If something is blocked, delayed, or requires a client decision, we will say so directly rather than allowing avoidable ambiguity to undermine the project.

6. Scope of This Guarantee

This guarantee is a statement of our delivery standards and client commitment. It does not override a signed proposal, statement of work, maintenance agreement, hosting contract, or other written commercial terms. Where there is a conflict, the signed project agreement governs.

7. Client Collaboration Requirements

Timely delivery and high-quality outcomes depend on active client participation. Where a project requires content, approvals, credentials, design feedback, technical access, domain control, third-party subscriptions, or stakeholder sign-off, delays or incomplete inputs from the client may affect timelines, launch dates, and overall delivery quality. Our guarantee assumes reasonable cooperation and timely decision-making from all relevant client-side stakeholders.

8. Exclusions

This guarantee does not extend to issues caused by unauthorised third-party changes, unsupported client modifications, expired third-party licences, hosting vendors outside our control, force majeure events, misuse of the delivered system, or changes requested after the original scope has been accepted. Enhancements, optimisation rounds, and future strategic work may be available, but they are not automatically included unless covered by an active agreement.

9. How We Make Things Right

When a legitimate delivery issue is identified, our default approach is to assess the problem, confirm whether it falls within scope or warranty, agree the corrective path, and implement the fix within a reasonable timeframe based on severity and operational impact. Our aim is not simply to close tickets, but to restore confidence in the delivered solution and preserve the quality of the long-term relationship.
